Refund Policy
A legal disclaimer
All bookings with Grace of Chains are made with intention, preparation, and the reservation of dedicated time. As such, this refund policy is in place to ensure fairness, commitment, and respect for both parties.
Deposits
A deposit is required to secure all bookings. This acts as a holding fee for your appointment and confirms your commitment.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. With sufficient notice, your deposit may be transferred to a future booking at my discretion.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests are welcomed with appropriate notice. Your deposit may be transferred once to a new agreed date. Repeated changes may require a new deposit.
No-Shows
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the full loss of your deposit, and future bookings may require full payment in advance.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the agreed time. Lost time cannot be extended or refunded.
Session Changes
Once a booking is confirmed, any significant changes to duration or arrangement are subject to availability and may require a new booking or additional deposit.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered for any completed time, change of mind, or failure to adhere to agreed expectations and conduct.
Discretion & Fairness
All policies are in place to maintain a smooth, respectful, and professional experience. Each situation is considered with discretion, though the above terms are generally upheld.
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
